- Own and grow a dedicated book of business
- Guide healthcare partners towards optimized marketing solutions
- Ensure successful onboarding and user adoption
- Conduct business reviews and site visits as needed
- Partner with internal teams for continued support
- Background as a Customer Success Manager or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and systems
- High level of emotional intelligence and creativity
- Legal ability to work in both Canada and the U.S.
