Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers
- Establish an explicit vision for customer success execution
- Drive proactive engagement and risk management initiatives
- Ensure consistent execution throughout the customer lifecycle
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer situations
- Lead change and drive impactful customer success initiatives at Feroot Security in Toronto
Requirements
- 5+ years managing global Customer Success teams
- Experience building effective onboarding processes
- Ability to communicate in business and technical terms
- Proven track record of engaging high-achieving teams
- Solid customer advocacy skills and data-driven decision‑making
