Customer Success Manager at Leap Tools

Leap Tools

Elevate customer satisfaction as a Customer Success Manager with Leap Tools, focusing on mid-market clients. Drive engagement and promote the Roomvo Platform effectively to enhance user experience. In this role, you will manage significant client relationships while tracking Customer Health and Retention metrics. You will also mentor the broader Customer Success team and collaborate with various departments to improve overall client experience. Successful communication with C-suite executives and understanding complex processes will be key to thriving in this position. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer lifecycle management for strategic clients
  • Provide insights into Customer Health, Retention, and Expansion
  • Mentor and support the Customer Success team
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization
  • Maintain meticulous records in Customer Success systems
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Direct experience with Enterprise customers required
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Salesforce
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for technology and client success
