Customer Success Manager With Spanish Skills Toronto

As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will onboard and manage mid-market accounts to drive retention and adoption. We seek candidates with 2+ years of experience in a customer relationship role, especially in the B2B SaaS landscape. You’ll be empowered to collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer needs and identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market customer accounts
- Facilitate effective onboarding and training for clients

- Collaborate across departments for seamless experiences
- Use data insights to address potential churn
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in customer-facing roles
- Native or skilled fluency in Spanish and English
- Proven success in driving account growth
- Robust organizational and project management skills
- Effective communicator with collaboration spirit
