Customer Success Manager With Spanish Skills Toronto

Discover your potential at ContactMonkey as a Customer Success Manager focused on mid-market clients. Your Spanish fluency will enhance customer satisfaction and retention from our Toronto office.

As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will onboard and manage mid-market accounts to drive retention and adoption. We seek candidates with 2+ years of experience in a customer relationship role, especially in the B2B SaaS landscape. You’ll be empowered to collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer needs and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market customer accounts
  • Facilitate effective onboarding and training for clients
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives
  • Collaborate across departments for seamless experiences
  • Use data insights to address potential churn

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in customer-facing roles
  • Native or skilled fluency in Spanish and English
  • Proven success in driving account growth
  • Robust organizational and project management skills
  • Effective communicator with collaboration spirit
