- Develop and execute account success plans

- Identify and capitalize on account expansion opportunities
- Facilitate effective client meetings with set agendas
- 5+ years in customer success or account management
- Strong knowledge of Amazon DSP and retail solutions
- Proven strategic account management skills
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
