Cybersecurity Solutions Manager Customer Success

Transform customer relationships as a Technical Customer Success Manager at an innovative cybersecurity SaaS firm. Collaborate with teams to ensure clients achieve exceptional value from your platform. This role focuses on customer onboarding, relationship management, and providing quick technical support. With at least three years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management, you will ensure that clients integrate solutions effectively and meet their objectives. Your ability to proactively resolve problems will enhance user experience and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding and implementation of new software solutions
  • Foster relationships with key customer contacts
  • Provide prompt support for technical issues and inquiries
  • Monitor usage metrics to drive platform adoption
  • Partner with Sales on account retention and growth strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science
  • 3+ years in a customer-focused capacity in SaaS
  • Strong understanding of technical workflows and environments
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to handle several projects and clients at once
