Ox Security Customer Success Manager

OX Security

Enhance customer success journeys with Ox Security as a Customer Success Manager. Play a critical role in improving product adoption and customer relations in our growing team. You will be integral to our customer success efforts, ensuring clients effectively implement and utilize Ox Security's innovative solutions. This cross-functional role requires collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to tackle challenges while providing ongoing support to customers throughout their engagement. Your strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills will foster significant customer relationships and drive retention strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide onboarding processes for new customers
  • Provide necessary training and support for integration
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through monitoring
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of Customer Success experience in SaaS
  • Strong background in cybersecurity advantageous
  • Excellent communication and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
