We're hiring : Firm Customer Support Manager

Bold Wealth Partners is looking for a Firm Customer Support Manager to join our Firm Services team in Toronto.

You'll be the go-to contact for the advisory firms on our platform, owning escalations, solving problems with precision, and helping new firms get onboarded smoothly. If you're comfortable in the language of financial advisors, calm under pressure, and take real ownership of the relationships in your care, we'd like to talk.

What you'll do:

• Own day-to-day support for a portfolio of advisory firms
• Triage and resolve escalated client and firm issues, working across technology, compliance, and operations
• Help onboard new firms once trained on our process
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with firm principals and advisors
• Spot recurring issues and help drive process and platform improvements

What you bring:

• 3+ years in a client-facing or account management role, ideally in financial services, wealth management, or fintech
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with financial advisors and portfolio managers
• A structured, detail-oriented approach to case management
• Sound judgment under pressure

Salary Range: 75-95K CAD
