Senior Bilingual Customer Success Leader

Too Good To Go

Become a Senior Bilingual Customer Success Leader at Too Good To Go, focusing on the Canadian market. Drive partner strategies and customer engagement while championing sustainability initiatives. In this role, you will manage crucial partnerships and develop deep relationships with senior stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze performance data will ensure the success of your accounts. You’ll take ownership over the account lifecycle, focusing on retention, customer satisfaction, and ongoing growth opportunities for both sides. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of account strategies to drive engagement
  • Deliver tailored solutions to meet both client needs and business goals
  • Conduct regular communication to maintain alignment with partners
  • Oversee onboarding of new clients and train internal teams
  • Gather data insights to address risks and opportunities
Requirements:
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English
  • Extensive experience in customer success or account management
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with sales CRM and analysis tools
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
