Founding Customer Success Manager Position

Chatbase

Join Chatbase as a foundational Customer Success Manager, where you will enhance client relationships and drive growth on our AI agent platform. This role is critical to customer satisfaction and retention. In this key role, you will report to the Head of GTM and manage essential customer accounts with a focus on achieving Net Revenue Retention. Deeply understanding customer needs and unlocking new applications for AI agents will be crucial to your success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of top customer accounts effectively
  • Drive Net Revenue Retention through proactive support
  • Identify and facilitate innovative customer use cases
  • Establish strong trust and rapport with clients
  • Provide and receive critical feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years in CSM, account management, or startups
  • Proven success in retaining and growing customer accounts
  • Comfort with hands-on product engagement
  • Strong communication and keen willingness to learn
  • In-office presence required five days a week
