  • Develop deep product knowledge of Dext for partners
  • Deliver impactful consultative calls guiding implementation
  • Support partners with proactive outreach and education
  • Create strategic plans for seamless product integration
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce churn and drive adoption
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Accounting software knowledge (Xero, QuickBooks)
  • Tech-savvy with ability to manage multiple projects
