Customer Success Manager in SaaS

Deck Software

Take ownership as a Customer Success Manager at Deck, focusing on enterprise account success and strong stakeholder relationships. Your role will ensure customers navigate their journey effectively with tailored strategies. You will oversee the entire customer experience, from onboarding to strategic engagements, collaborating with a talented team of Customer Success Engineers. With a proactive approach, you’ll focus on their success, driving long-term partnerships and optimizing the onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive onboarding programs for new enterprise customers
  • Align success plans with customers' business goals
  • Monitor and boost product adoption rates
  • Manage executive stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Record account health and drive expansion opportunities
Requirements:
  • Over 3 years in Customer Success within SaaS
  • Experience with strategic enterprise account management
  • Strong network-building with senior stakeholders
  • Excellence in presentation and communication
  • Familiarity with a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
