Head of Customer Success at Pigment

Elevate technical account management with Pigment as the Head of Customer Success. Drive strategic initiatives that maximize value and ensure enterprise customer satisfaction in AMER. Pigment is seeking an experienced leader for its Technical Account Management team in the AMER region. You will be responsible for defining strategies, enhancing the Success Advisory team's offerings, and improving the overall customer experience. This role blends team leadership with operational design, ensuring all customer needs are met through effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive success for enterprise customers via advisory engagements
- Define and execute the regional strategy for AMER
- Oversee enhancement of Pigment Success Plans
- Establish operational frameworks for effective service delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally to fulfill customer needs
- Minimum 5 years in customer-facing Enterprise SaaS roles
- At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Strong operational skills in EPM and SQL
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
- Data-driven mindset for strategy adaptation
