Your success translates directly into customer outcomes and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SysAid's customers
- Build and nurture executive relationships within client organizations
- Drive customer renewal, retention, and expansion initiatives
- Lead business reviews focused on strategic outcomes and value realization
- Advocate for customer needs in collaboration with internal teams
- 3+ years in Customer Success or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven record of managing enterprise SaaS customers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with AI technologies or emerging concepts
