Customer Success Manager at SysAid

SysAid

Enhance customer journeys as a Customer Success Manager with SysAid. Leverage AI to drive value and foster long-term partnerships with global clients in a vibrant SaaS environment. As part of SysAid, you will actively support our largest customers, acting as a strategic advisor to maximize the value of our AI-driven platform. This role blends maintaining executive relationships, driving adoption of innovative technologies, and ensuring customer productivity. Your success translates directly into customer outcomes and business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SysAid's customers
  • Build and nurture executive relationships within client organizations
  • Drive customer renewal, retention, and expansion initiatives
  • Lead business reviews focused on strategic outcomes and value realization
  • Advocate for customer needs in collaboration with internal teams
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in Customer Success or related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven record of managing enterprise SaaS customers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with AI technologies or emerging concepts
