Gainsight Platform Manager for Customer Success

Lead the Gainsight platform initiatives as a Gainsight Platform Manager for Customer Success at Gainsight. Your expertise will direct ongoing operations and drive strategic enhancements. This role requires a dedicated Product Manager with at least five years of experience, particularly with Gainsight platform management and customer success operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to adapt Gainsight functionalities to meet evolving operational needs while overseeing critical platform integrations and enhancements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Gainsight's transition from implementation to BAU
  • Establish effective communication with stakeholders for aligned priorities
  • Execute workflow optimization in collaboration with Customer Success teams
  • Monitor platform health and respond to user feedback and analytics
  • Drive training and enablement programs to maximize Gainsight usage
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience with Gainsight
  • Strong skills in configuration management and system integrations
  • Experience with Agile frameworks and prioritization techniques
  • Proficiency in managing diverse workstreams with competing priorities
  • Relevant certifications in Gainsight or SAFe methodologies are a plus
