Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Mentimeter

Drive impactful customer relationships as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Mentimeter in a hybrid work setting. Focus on enterprise-level engagements to boost organizational success through strategic insights. As part of Mentimeter's new Strategic Accounts team in North America, you'll ensure measurable impact for high-value customers. You'll leverage your 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Customer Success to develop success plans, align usage with KPIs, and engage with senior stakeholders effectively. Your role is crucial in building sustainable partnerships that foster growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Align Mentimeter usage with customer outcomes and KPIs
  • Develop structured success plans tailored to each account
  • Lead executive conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Proactively identify operational risks and create mitigation plans
  • Drive cross-departmental adoption and use-case expansion
Requirements:
  • 8+ years in Enterprise SaaS Customer Success
  • Proven experience with complex international accounts
  • Strong executive presence and analytical skills
  • Structured approach to stakeholder mapping
  • Ability to advise senior leaders effectively
