Lead the expansion of Pigment’s Technical Account Management in AMER, driving customer success and maximizing value in enterprise settings. This strategic role combines team leadership, operations design, and executive partnership. As the Head of Technical Account Management at Pigment, you'll guide a team of experts in delivering impactful technical advice and change management.
Your role will involve defining the AMER strategy for our Success Advisory team, enhancing our standardized offerings based on real customer feedback, and ensuring a high-quality experience across all customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive success for enterprise customers through advisory engagements
- Define and execute the regional strategy for AMER
- Oversee the enhancement of Pigment Success Plans
- Establish operational frameworks for effective service delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in customer-facing Enterprise SaaS roles
- At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Robust operational skills in EPM and SQL
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
- Data-driven mindset for strategy adaptation
