Senior HR Business Partner Fuze HR

Fuze HR Solutions is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support HR leadership during a temporary leave. This role involves a hybrid work schedule and focuses on compliance, employee relations, and health & safety.

This contract position lasts for 3 to 6 months, requiring at least 7 years of HR experience, specifically in senior HR roles. You'll work closely with organizational leaders, emphasizing policy development and governance across Canadian provinces. Ideal candidates are hands-on, with a significant track record in HR operations, compliance, and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive employee relations and workplace investigations • Oversee health & safety administration and governance • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures • Conduct compliance reviews across multiple provinces • Collaborate with leaders to enhance HR practices

Requirements: • 7+ years in progressive HR roles • Experience as Senior HRBP or HR Manager • Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation • CHRP or CHRL designation, a plus • Bilingual French/English preferred
