Senior Hr Business Partner With Mpac (Winnipeg)

Key Responsibilities
- Coach leaders to implement actionable HR solutions
- Design and execute change management initiatives
- Advise on employee relations aligned with legislation
- Partner with leaders on Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Anti-Racism initiatives
- Use HR data to identify strategic opportunities
Requirements
- Post‑secondary education in Human Resources or similar
- Six years of HR experience, three years in a partner role
- Proven experience in union environments
- Strong capabilities in coaching senior leaders
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
