Reporting to the Executive Director, People, Talent & Wellness, you will utilize your extensive HR knowledge to manage complex employee and labor relations. Key Responsibilities

• Advise on employee and labor relations and policy interpretation
• Participate in grievance arbitration and litigation as a representative
• Facilitate effective consultation with HR teams and stakeholders
• Monitor and forecast HR trends impacting the organization
• Prepare regular management reports to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years HR experience focusing on labor relations
• University degree in a relevant field
• Preferred professional designation (CPHR, CIPD)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Access to a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license
