• Conduct weekly stakeholder meetings with Store Managers
• Contribute to HR programs and policies improvement
• Support talent attraction and retention efforts
• Enhance work relationships to improve productivity
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues Requirements:
• 3+ years in HR or HR Generalist role
• Experience resolving complex employee relations issues
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving aptitude
