Elevate your HR career with Platform as a Human Resources Business Partner in Toronto. Partner with leadership to enhance performance management and recruitment across a diverse workforce. At Platform, you will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources. This role is ideal for a professional with at least five years of HR experience looking to deepen their business partnership skills. You’ll be hands-on, supporting initiatives in employee relations and coaching managers while enhancing the overall HR framework. Key Responsibilities:
• Support performance management and HR initiatives
• Lead and improve recruitment processes for top talent
• Manage onboarding for a seamless new-hire experience
• Advise leaders on HR policies and practices
• Coach managers through performance conversations Requirements:
• Minimum five years of progressive HR experience
• Proven HR Generalist or HRBP background
• Strong skills in employee relations and performance management
• Ability to influence and build credibility with leaders
• CHRP designation or in progress preferred Drive HR excellence and partner with leadership to shape a transformative culture at Platform.
