Job Overview Support the employee experience, performance management, and employee relations functions within the organization. Work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to develop HR strategies that promote employee engagement and performance.

Lead performance management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with policies and applicable laws.

Advise on workforce planning, succession planning, and workforce analytics to support business growth.

Facilitate employee development programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5 to 10 years of experience in an HR business partner role within the transportation, infrastructure, or related industry.

Strong knowledge of employment legislation, employee engagement practices, and performance management systems.

Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to work independently and across teams in a dynamic environment.
