Strategic Bilingual HR Partner Retail
Retailors (Fox NSP Europe)
Elevate human resources within Retailors as a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner. This senior role requires fluency in both English and French to support varied retail operations across Canada. Retailors is expanding its workforce and seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with at least 3 years in retail. The role demands strategic HR advisory skills, strong employee relations knowledge, and a solid grasp of Canadian employment laws, including Quebec standards. You will work closely with Store and District Managers to enhance productivity and employee experience alongside business growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary HR partner for retail leadership
• Support management and employees in both English and French
• Conduct strategic visits for performance assessment
• Lead complex employee relations cases and investigations
• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights Requirements:
• University degree; CHRP preferred or in progress
• Minimum 3 years as HR Business Partner in retail
• Fully bilingual in English and French
• Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Utilize your HR expertise and bilingual abilities to support Retailors' ambitious goals across brands and regions.
