Your expertise will support HR processes and elevate overall business performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on day-to-day employee relations matters
• Lead performance management and sensitive investigations
• Foster improvements in HR processes and practices
• Partner with managers to boost employee engagement initiatives
• Support recruitment efforts and onboarding processes Requirements:
• At least 6 years of progressive HR experience
• A university degree; CRHA/CRIA considered an asset
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR legislation and compliance
• Fluency in French and English is essential
