Bring your HR expertise to Canadian Blood Services as a Temporary Full-Time Business Partner in Toronto or Brampton. This hybrid role focuses on strategic HR support and organizational culture enhancement. As part of Employee Relations, you will leverage 5-7 years of experience to navigate a unionized workplace. You will provide strategic insights on talent management, facilitate meaningful change, and engage in crucial union relations. Handling conflict resolution and representing the PCP team will also be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities:
• Build team-oriented relationships with employees and leaders
• Advise on strategic talent and HR policies
• Engage in organizational design and HR projects
• Conduct investigations into employee issues
• Participate in Labor Management Committees and negotiations Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related field
• 5-7 years in a strategic HR role
• Familiarity with labor relations and employment legislation
• CHRP designation preferred
• Superior English communication abilities Elevate performance and culture while enhancing employee relations in this hybrid role.
