Elevate talent strategies as an HR Business Partner with Summit Search Group, directly collaborating with senior leaders. Drive employee engagement and organizational design in a consultative role. This HR Business Partner position requires a confident and results-driven professional with over 5 years of HR experience. The role involves partnering with senior leadership to influence high-impact decisions and ensure effective HR practices. You will provide expert HR counsel, drive talent initiatives, and support overall organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage organizational development strategies
- Guide managers in team effectiveness and leadership
- Drive employee engagement and cultural alignment
- Collaborate with HR Generalist on program delivery
- Facilitate training and act as an HR change agent
- 5+ years HR experience with proven OD/Talent Management
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (CHRP preferred)
- Strong business acumen and innovative project planning
- Excellent collaboration and thought leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization
