• Support development and execution of People team Roadmap plans
• Align with HRBPs on performance reviews and talent development
• Assist managers with HR needs and guidance to resources
• Translate policies as a primary contact for stakeholders
• Influence change management initiatives across the organization Requirements:
• 4+ years as an HRBP for global teams
• Relevant HR designation (e.g., SHRM-CP)
• Knowledge of global employment law standards
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proven relationship-building and influencing abilities Lead and innovate HR initiatives while enhancing employee engagement at Index Exchange in Toronto.
