• Translate policies as a primary contact for stakeholders
• Influence change management initiatives across the organization Requirements:
• 4+ years as an HRBP for global teams
• Relevant HR designation (e.g., SHRM-CP)
• Knowledge of global employment law standards
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
