Key Responsibilities Collaborate on talent management and workforce planning
Develop succession plans and individual development strategies
Guide leaders in job design and evaluation processes
Promote a positive employee relations workplace
Support performance management and training initiatives
Requirements Bachelor's in Human Resources or equivalent
3+ years as an HR Business Partner
CHRP designation mandatory; CHRL a bonus
Background in employee relations and performance coaching
Experience in the financial services sector valued
