With over 10 years of experience preferred, you will lead essential HR functions including recruitment, coaching, payroll, and benefits. Your role supports organizational growth through modernized workflows and AI-enabled processes. You'll be pivotal in enhancing culture and operational efficiency while collaborating with leadership and teams alike. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment across various roles
• Oversee onboarding, coaching, and mentor new leaders
• Align HR strategy with business goals and initiatives
• Manage payroll, benefits, and compliance automation
• Develop and maintain health and safety training programs Requirements:
• 10+ years of HR experience in manufacturing preferred
• Strong background in recruitment and program development
• Proficient with AI, automation, and process tools
• Solid knowledge in employment law and safety standards
