As an FP&A Finance Partner, you will report to the Management Accounting Chief and engage closely with the National VP of Operations. Key tasks involve managing costs of goods sold, ensuring precise P&L reporting, and facilitating financial closures. Solid skills in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis are essential for success in this strategic role. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze COGS variances against established standards
• Track KPIs for manufacturing and identify areas for improvement
• Analyze supply chain costs and deliver actionable insights
• Support budgeting and rolling forecasts for operations
• Ensure data integrity in ERP systems related to costs Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Industrial Engineering
• CPA or CMA certification necessary
• 8–10 years in finance with 2+ years in operations support
• Manufacturing or logistics experience required
