Senior Business Modernization Manager Hybrid

Drive impactful business transformation as a Senior Business Modernization Program Manager in Oshawa. This hybrid role emphasizes stakeholder leadership and comprehensive program execution to deliver measurable results. In this position, you will lead the planning and execution of modernization initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations & Engineering. Your expertise in project management, stakeholder management, and communication will be pivotal in fostering cross-functional alignment and achieving consistency in processes. Engage with multiple teams, build frameworks, and ensure governance throughout the 36-month program duration. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning for Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations & Engineering
• Establish governance structures and reporting standards
• Engage stakeholders to ensure effective decision-making
• Track metrics and ensure progress towards measurable outcomes
• Optimize collaboration across teams and external partners Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Over 10 years of experience in modernization initiatives
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively
• Excellent communication and simplification of complex topics Deliver significant modernization outcomes while driving essential changes across business units in this pivotal role.
