Senior Business Analyst for Digital Projects

Leverage Agile expertise and banking experience to drive effective change. In this 12-month contract role, you'll oversee analysis for significant digital transformation projects at Raise. This position emphasizes collaboration with diverse teams, managing product needs, and refining requirements throughout the project lifecycle. You'll also have opportunities to mentor junior analysts and enhance your professional skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business and system requirements for digital initiatives
• Document and refine user stories for product backlogs
• Maintain an organized repository of requirements documentation
• Collaborate with tech, product, and other teams to achieve results
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Business Analysts Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 2+ years in Agile project environments
• Background in Mobile and Online banking projects
• Strong analytical skills with detail orientation
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Leverage your analytical and mentorship skills to propel digital banking initiatives at Raise.
