You will be pivotal to the ongoing evolution of the D365 platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze processes and implement features efficiently. Your expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies will ensure successful project management and communication. This position demands creativity and problem-solving skills to facilitate cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Map end-to-end processes and define actionable D365 requirements
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and IT teams
- Document SOPs for improved operational clarity
- Lead user acceptance testing and change management
- Collaborate with partner integrations for D365 extensions
Requirements
- 5+ years in business analysis, ideally in manufacturing
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Proven ability in gathering and documenting requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
