As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and enhancing the D365 platform within a leading manufacturer. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze processes and implement effective solutions utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Your creative problem-solving skills will facilitate optimizations that enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and map end-to-end D365 processes
- Act as a liaison to bridge stakeholders and IT teams
- Document standard operating procedures to enhance clarity
- Lead change management and user acceptance testing
- Coordinate partner integrations for D365 improvements
- 5+ years of business analysis experience, ideally in manufacturing
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Expertise in requirements documentation and analysis
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
