Business Analyst for Reconciliation Solutions

Join a leading financial client as a Business Analyst focused on enhancing reconciliation processes. Utilize data-driven analysis and stakeholder communication to bridge operational gaps and drive improvements. In this role, you will leverage your experience in reconciliation to support both process improvements and strategic enhancements. Your responsibilities will include analyzing existing reconciliation controls, identifying opportunities, and leading initiatives that require a risk-based approach. Collaboration with various stakeholders is essential to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive continuous improvement in current reconciliation practices
• Analyze potential issues and root causes in control processes
• Lead change initiatives across diverse business lines
• Perform reconciliation build tasks, including testing
• Communicate updates with stakeholders proactively Requirements:
• Strong background in reconciliation controls
