Institutional Reconciliation Analyst at RBCGAM

Unlock your potential with RBC Global Asset Management as an Institutional Reconciliation Analyst. This 21-month maternity leave coverage role emphasizes daily reconciliation and meticulous data maintenance. Join the Institutional Portfolio Operations Team, where you’ll be responsible for cross-referencing new securities in the Electra system, reconciling Institutional Client portfolios, and producing performance reports. Your attention to detail and client-focused approach are crucial as you investigate discrepancies and ensure timely reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Cross-reference securities in the Electra system
• Reconcile portfolios for Institutional Clients monthly
• Provide valuations and performance reports regularly
• Print, distribute, and file reports efficiently
• Assist with detailed account notes and ad-hoc tasks Requirements:
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
• Canadian Securities Course completion
