Join UPP as a Finance Operations Analyst, where your analytical skills help enhance processes in the pension sector. This hybrid role requires collaboration across teams and creative problem-solving. As part of the Finance Operations team, you will report to the Associate Director, contributing to operational support and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement requests for productive processing
Update and maintain the vendor arrangement repository
Enhance SOPs to align with regulatory mandates
Prepare reconciliations for contributions and advantages
Conduct vendor validation for current third-party vendors
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
Minimum of two years' relevant experience
Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
Experience in pension plans is advantageous
