Senior PMO Operations Analyst in Toronto

Elevate program management as a Senior Analyst for PMO Operations at Creative Medicine in Toronto, Ontario. Contribute to the Transcend Global Business Transformation Program by streamlining processes and driving effective decision-making. This senior role focuses on PMO support, governance coordination, and analysis for the Transcend program. You will maintain project plans, monitor risks, and ensure governance transparency across multiple releases. Collaboration with Global Program Managers and cross-functional teams will be key to supporting program execution and performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare materials for PMO governance forums
• Track RAID and change control updates
• Develop and deliver status reports and dashboards
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings
• Analyze PMO performance data for improvements Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of PMO experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Experience with governance frameworks
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field Drive impactful programs and contribute to transformative initiatives within Creative Medicine’s Innovative Medicine sector.
