Elevate the client experience as a Pension Operations Analyst with Provident10, Newfoundland and Labrador's leading pension plan. You'll engage with pension transactions while ensuring service excellence in a supportive environment. As a critical member of the Provident10 team, you will process transactions and research pension cases with utmost attention to financial accuracy. Your proactive outreach will connect with employers, plan members, and retirees to enhance service delivery and address inquiries promptly. Key Responsibilities:
• Process pension transactions per established service standards
• Conduct research and provide analyses on pension cases
• Ensure accuracy of documentation related to pensions
• Respond to inquiries from employers and plan members
• Support system updates and identify process improvements Requirements:
• College or university credential with 3 years in pension administration
• Robust interpersonal skills for managing client services
• Advantages designation such as CEBS or RPA is a plus
• Sensitivity in communication with stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize urgent work effectively Leverage your expertise in pension administration to enhance experiences at Provident10.
