Drive efficiency in Alberta's electricity market as a Senior Functional Business Analyst at the Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO). Focus on optimizing operations with the Market Management System while engaging stakeholders. In this hybrid role, you will report to the Manager of Market Management Systems, utilizing your extensive business analysis experience. You'll define product backlogs and prepare the Market Management System for seamless operational integration within Alberta's Interconnected Electric System. Your analytical skills will be crucial in driving key performance indicators and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead workshops to validate business requirements
• Define and manage product backlogs with user stories
• Support system integration and user acceptance testing
• Analyze data to drive KPIs and business insights
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for deliverables Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Over 10 years in business analysis roles
• Experience with large-scale system implementations
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
