HR Technology Business Systems Analyst

You will play a key part in enhancing HR business processes through collaboration and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Champion customer-focused culture in HR
• Independently resolve complex HR business problems
• Conduct research and define user requirements
• Manage small HR technology projects
• Produce key delivery artifacts for implementations Requirements:
• 4–6 years in HR technology analysis
• 13 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Advanced Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Relevant degree in business or related field Bring your HR knowledge and technical prowess to provide effective solutions and enhance client relationships.
