Stafingo is looking for a Salesforce CRM Business Analyst in Ontario's public healthcare sector. This contract role demands strong experience in Salesforce solutions, focusing on process analysis and requirements management. In this position, you will bridge healthcare business teams and technical delivery, supporting a Salesforce-based Funding Management System. You'll analyze requirements, create user stories, and facilitate testing within Agile frameworks. This pivotal role contributes to healthcare digital transformation while improving funding administration and resource management. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business requirements analysis and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for process definition
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support Agile sprint delivery and backlog management Requirements:
• 5+ years Salesforce CRM solutions experience
• 5+ years with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
• 3+ years in public sector healthcare roles
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline Utilize your Salesforce expertise to enhance public sector healthcare solutions through collaboration and innovation.
