Drive optimization in workflows as a Senior Business Analyst for a utility client. This hybrid role balances engaging on-site collaboration with remote flexibility while focusing on cybersecurity and onboarding processes. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with over 7 years of experience in the SDLC project delivery, particularly in energy or utilities environments. Key skills include proficiency in Microsoft Visio, strong process modeling ability, and expertise in requirements analysis and documentation. You will play a vital role in ensuring that business requirements align with cybersecurity standards while improving project workflows. Key Responsibilities:
• Define scope and gather requirements for onboarding initiatives
• Maintain detailed technical and process documentation
• Evaluate and improve analysis workflows and project efficiency
• Align business requirements with cybersecurity compliance
• Facilitate communication between developers and stakeholders Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Background in cybersecurity principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio and Share
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Familiarity with IAM systems is a plus Leverage your analytical skills to enhance workflow processes in a hybrid work environment.
