• Engage proactively with stakeholders through effective communication
• Apply Agile principles to create detailed user stories
• Query Oracle databases and execute APIs using Postman or Swagger
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, Mural, and Figma for project deliverables
• Deliver complex findings to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as a Senior Business Systems Analyst
• Proficient in SQL and statistical analysis using Python or R
• Hands-on experience in Java and Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience in the financial sector is preferred
