This full-time, permanent position in the Combat and Control Systems team requires a qualified analyst with hands-on experience in underwater combat systems. You’ll conduct at-sea tests, perform technical validations, and collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring quality assessments and tactical developments. The role involves both office-based work and shipboard environments with occasional travel for testing.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct analysis on test objectives and procedures • Provide subject matter expertise on underwater warfare • Coordinate data collection and reporting efficiently • Participate in team-oriented assessments both ashore and at sea • Uphold safety standards and promote a zero-harm culture

Requirements: • Eligible for Government of Canada security clearance • Experience as RCN/ RCAF/NATO Warfare Officer • Operational knowledge of naval shipboard systems • Strong analytical and organizing skills • Proficient in technical writing and communication
