Key Responsibilities Support US payroll processing activities from start to finish
Configure taxation requirements for payroll execution
Design and maintain payroll elements and classifications
Create payroll reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and documentation
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Extensive experience configuring Oracle Fusion Payroll
Hands-on skills in payroll reporting and data migration
Deep knowledge of US payroll legislation and compliance
Strong analytical and communication abilities
