Payroll and Benefits Specialist Montreal

Elevate payroll expertise with Lantic as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist in Montreal. Oversee full payroll processing for salaried, unionized, and retired employees in a hybrid work model. As a key part of the Payroll & Benefits team, you will manage payroll operations for multiple employee categories in compliance with collective agreements. Your role impacts the smooth functioning of financial processes, addressing intricacies related to leave entitlements, payment requests, and government remittances. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure payroll processing aligns with collective agreements
• Monitor and update leave entitlements for employees
• Process bank transfers including taxes and deductions
• Prepare records of employment for various staff categories
• Support managers on payroll-related inquiries Requirements:
• College diploma in Administration, HR, or Accounting
• 5 years of payroll experience in manufacturing
• Bilingual in French and English
• Knowledge of UKG (Kronos) and Dimensions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Leverage your payroll processing skills in a hybrid environment with Lantic, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
