Key Responsibilities
- Proactively handle the CAO's daily schedule
- Draft comprehensive meeting documents and reports
- Coordinate travel and events for the CAO
- Engage with suppliers and manage bids and proposals
- Track budgets and expenditures accurately
Requirements
- At least three years of senior executive support experience
- Strong skills in Google Workspace and spreadsheet functions
- Fluency in both French and English for effective communication
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Experience managing confidential information with care
