Legal Counsel Position at Anvil Management (Winnipeg)
Price Industries
Anvil Management, part of Price Industries, seeks a Corporate Counsel for their Winnipeg headquarters. This role involves delivering thorough legal support across various business functions. It is an on‑site, full‑time position reporting to the Vice‑President, Legal Counsel & Corporate Secretary.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft commercial agreements

Requirements
- LL.B. or J.D. degree with Law Society standing
- 3-5 years experience in corporate law preferred
- Strong communication and cooperative ability
- Motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Capacity to oversee multiple tasks efficiently
